Chaetopleura pomarium Barnard,. 1963
This three-quarter inch chiton is elongate oval in shape and moderately elevated. The lateral areas are handrly raised. The color of the valves is light brownish. The valves are covered with pustules. The girdle is rather narrow, yellowish or alternating bands of cream and light brown. It is covered with elongate scale-like spicules of different forms and sizes with scallered long, chitinous hairs among them. Illustrated
